Former AGMA Chairman and Executive Vice President of Schafer Gear, Stan Blenke, will discuss the 'Seven Key Numbers' that drive profitability and success.  By incorporating the AGMA benchmarking study, the Operating Ratio Report, this presentation will give you practical takeaways you can apply to your business.

About John Sofia
John S. Sofia joined AAM in March 1994 as an area manager at Detroit Gear & Axle. He has served as manufacturing manager at Detroit Gear & Axle; manager of the Current Production & Process Engineering Group; director, Manufacturing Engineering; plant manager, Detroit Forge; director, Advanced Quality Planning; and vice president, Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction. Prior to assuming his current position, Sofia served as vice president, Engineering & Product Development and CTO.

The Strategic Resources Network is group of new and upcoming individuals from within AGMA member organizations. Our goal is to provide an exciting, dynamic, educational, and productive forum for individuals to help them grow within the industry and association. Topics on leadership, best business practices, AGMA programs, and personal development are held several times a year, often in conjunction with a facilities tour. Our goal is that the participant take back practical tools from these events to their organizations and that they increasingly participate in the AGMA.
