This year, the Annual Meeting kicks off with the AGMA Business Session. Here you can get more details on AGMA’s new System Efficiency Initiative and meet and greet the AGMA committee chairs. Share your expertise and learn from others in your field.
Following the AGMA Business Session, the AGMA members will join the ABMA for the General Sessions on Thursday afternoon, Friday and Saturday mornings.

The Annual Meeting is all about networking – networking during general sessions – during refreshment breaks – at the receptions – during the annual golf tournament – at the Spouse Hospitality events.

Elliott is an internationally recognized expert on energy efficiency; motor systems; combined heat and power; analysis of energy efficiency and energy markets; and more. Elliott will address how manufacturers can help themselves and their customers save money and increase the benefits of being energy-efficient.

Kim Korth, President, IRN, Inc.
No one industry has defined the 2009 slowdown as much as the automotive industry. Between the GM bailout and the “cash for clunkers” program, U.S. companies, the federal government and consumers have been forced to look critically at all components of this industry. Korth will analyze the major factors that have defined this industry.
Andrea Scanavini, Board Member of EUROTRANS
EUROTRANS is the European organization for power transmission engineering. In addition to his board activity, Scanavini serves as head of business development of SOMASCHINNI S.p.A in Italy. He reveals the impact Europe has on international mechanical engineering, specifically in the European power transmission industry.

The AGMA/ABMA member rate for the Annual Meeting is $895 per person, with different rates for spouses, guests and additional member registrants from the same company.
Golf and side trips involve additional fees. For more information, please download the Registration & Golf Forms from the Related Publications sidebar on the upper right. Also, this year no tuxedos are required for Saturday’s Closing Dinner.

Please note: Each event registration cancellation must be in writing and received by AGMA prior to February 23, 2010, for a refund, minus a $100 processing fee. Any cancellation received after February 23, 2010, will not receive a refund.
