Reception – $4,000
Thursday, April 14th Welcome Reception
Sole sponsorship of the Thursday night reception including your company name and/or logo on signs and napkins that will be visible at the reception.

Wireless Internet – $2,500
Sole sponsorship of the wireless internet service in the general session rooms. All Annual Meeting participants will thank you as they are able to access the internet while attending the General Sessions. Your company name and/or logo will be visible on signs at the entrances to the general session.

Golf Tournament Golf Box Lunch – $2,500
Sole Sponsorship provides a box lunch for golf tournament participants on Friday, April 15th.
Box lunch will be supplied by the golf course for all participants in the tournament. Your business card or a small give away can be included in every box lunch.

Continental Breakfast – $2,500
Two sponsorships available – Friday, April 15th and Saturday, April 16th
Sole sponsorship of a continental breakfast for Annual Meeting registrants, including your company name and/or logo on signs visible at the continental breakfast.

Notebooks – $2,500
Sole sponsorship secures notebooks with your company logo and the AGMA/ABMA Annual Meeting logo. Each registrant will receive a notebook at registration.

Golf Tournament Drink Cart – $2,000
The Drink Cart is an integral part of Friday’s Golf Tournament. Your sponsorship will be appreciated each time a player secures a drink or snack from the cart. Sole sponsorship includes company logo on signage in the cart.

AGMA Portraits – $2,000 (taken)
Sole sponsorship of portrait photography during the Friday night dinner on April 15.
All registrants will have the opportunity to have their photo taken against a Texas backdrop. Includes your company name and/or logo on signs visible at the photo area.

Golf Tournament Hole-in-One Insurance – $1,000
Insurance covers $10,000 cash prize for a Hole-in-One on the target hole.
The sponsor will have the opportunity to greet and network with each golfer as he approaches the target hold and witness the big event. Sponsorship includes signage at the golf hole and visibility during the meeting. This is the perfect supplier sponsorship – a premiere one-on-one networking opportunity. (If sponsor does not choose to witness the event, another witness can be assigned.)

Sole sponsorship provides golf balls for golf tournament participants on Friday, April 15th.
Your logo will be printed on every golf ball.

Two sponsorships available – Friday, April 15th or Saturday, April 16th
Sole sponsorship of the hospitality suite for guests and spouses of the Annual Meeting attendees, plus company name and/or logo on signs visible at the hospitality suite.

Golf Tournament Awards – $500
Sole sponsorship of the awards given to participants of the Friday Golf Tournament. Awards are Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. The sponsorship will be acknowledged during the awards presentation.
