Keynote Speaker

Rick Fullington, President of Milwaukee Gear and Treat All Metals, Inc.

Former AGMA Chairman Rick Fullington will present Tools to weather an Economic downturn and Capitalize on the Recovery.

This presentation is based on experience and includes details and actual industry financials. It is not a general list of recommendations.

Fullington will address both the challenges and the opportunities that come with each downturn. His message is practical: managing for the moment, preparing for the future and recognizing that it is really about the numbers.

He will deal with how to approach and communicate with employees, customers and suppliers. How to talk with your banker, investors and owners. What is important to each of these and how you can approach them to benefit your company.

Finally, he will look at the recovery and how to grow your business and market share.

If you are part of your company’s management team, this is practical information you can use immediately.
