Strategic Resources Network
The Strategic Resources Network (SRN) is a group of up and coming professionals who are employed in the AGMA member companies. The goal of the SRN is to perpetuate long term viability of the industry and grow as future leaders of the association. The SRN has become an active forum for the young professionals. It gives them the opportunity and knowledge to become proficient leaders within the industry and association. The goal is to provide “take-away” practical tools from these meetings that can be shared with these companies.
The goal of the SRN is to create a dynamic, educational, productive forum to help participants grow, both within the industry and the association. Meetings address such topics as workforce issues, leadership, best business practices, AGMA programs, and personal development. Meetings are held at least one time per year, often in conjunction with facility tours.
