The qualified candidate will have a successful history of leadership in the manufacturing of gear systems, with specific experience in all phases of hobbing and grinding operations. Understanding of gear metrology and inspection instrumentation is required. A strong background in Lean Manufacturing Principles will be an important discriminator. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills combined with a hand on leadership style are essential. The ideal candidate will have a four-year technical degree, five plus years of relevant experience and Microsoft Office computer skills.
