How it works:
A survey and a pre-printed return envelope are mailed to a specified individual at each participating company. Because that individuals sends the survey directly to Mackay Research Group, no one from AGMA or its staff has access to specific company data. Participant data is aggregated in a manner that prevents identification of any individual company. This work is conducted under the guidance of the AGMA Statistical Council.
The benefit:
This report is highly confidential, timely and accurate and can help you improve your financial results by establishing “typical” financial performance targets and by analyzing how “high-profit” companies in the industry achieve their success.
What you get:
It’s difficult to shift resources from historically established operating procedures, and you need hard data to justify a change. By participating in this report, you can obtain statistics that help you identify how much of your resources to invest in which part of your operation for improved profitability. The Operating Ratio Report:
- details industry performance norms
- identifies each performance factor’s impact on profitability
- helps managers deploy resources in the most efficient and effective manner
