Croix Gear & Machining is looking for a full-time onsite Engineering Manager that will plan and direct the overall engineering activities of the organization to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Job Position Description: We are looking for a full-time onsite Engineering Manager that will plan and direct the overall engineering activities of the organization to meet customer specifications and quality standards. The Engineering Manager will facilitate and execute manufacturing process engineering strategies that support our business objectives, functioning as a change agent to support lead-time reduction and customer satisfaction initiatives that will drive strong business results. The ability to motivate, direct, and train others is required. Experience in the gear industry is desired. The salary range for this position is $100K – $139K annually, based on experience.
