Abstract Guidelines

Abstracts should be between 200 and 500 words.

Creating a submission

1.     Click on the following link to create a submission:  

            Click Here

2.    If you already have an account in CATALYST, Login. (If you do not already have a CATALYST account, see the instructions below the line).

       a.     Once logged in, a turquoise box will pop up at the top of your screen indicating you have created a submission. You will be in edit mode of that submission.

3.     Read the Overview tab.

4.     Complete all the required fields on all the tabs.

5.     Click “Save,” on the bottom right of your screen after you complete each tab or any time as necessary. *If required fields are missing data, you will see the missing data tabs indicated with a red triangle.

6.     Click on the “Submit” button on the bottom right of your screen when you are ready to submit your abstract.

1.     If you do not have an account in CATALYST, click on the Register tab.

2.    Enter your email address, password and confirm password. Click the Sign up button.

       a.     An email will be sent to you.

3.     Click on the turquoise button in your email labeled, “Confirm Account.”

4.     A pop-up will appear stating, “Thank you for confirming your email.”

5.     Click on the “Please click here to login.”

6.     Login to your account.

7.     Once logged in, a turquoise box will pop up at the top of your screen indicating you have created a   submission. You will be in edit mode of that submission.

8.     Read the Overview tab.

9.     Complete all the required fields on all the tabs.

10.  Click “Save,” on the bottom right of your screen after you complete each tab or any time as necessary. *If  required fields are missing data, you will see the missing data tabs indicated with a red triangle.

11.  Click on the “Submit” button on the bottom right of your screen when you are ready to submit your abstract.
