Inside Sales Representative —Homebased: Ann Arbor, Michigan

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Supporting our sales department; working with existing and potential customers by phone

·         Selling ZOLLER products and services proactively and reactively using consultative selling

·         Attending customer meetings for product presentations or demonstrations in our showroom

·         Preparing quotations and following up on submitted quotes

·         Scheduling demonstrations for the outside sales team

·         Advising management regarding customer comments about satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements

·         Serving customers by efficiently and effectively identifying their needs

·         Additional duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

 

·         Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

·         A minimum of three years industrial sales experience

·         Exemplary telephone and in-person communication skills

·         Exceptional interdepartmental communication and people skills

·         Ability to learn and convey technical knowledge

·         Experience using software programs including Microsoft® Office and ERP systems

·         Well organized, analytical, and the ability to cope with a sometimes stressful work environment

·         Ability to work within a team, and also independently

 

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary commensurate with one’s experience, 401K with employer contribution, PTO, and 100% employer paid health and dental insurance for employee. We are interested in a long-term commitment.

 

Aptitude and Skills testing may be administered.
