Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Dept. has an opening on second shift in our Clinton, WI facilityCore hours are 1 11:30 p.m. (overtime and weekends as needed).  Typical hours per week are 50-60 hours.

  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Perform technical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Perform repair with fabrication welding and torch operations as required.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on Baghouse equipment.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with appropriate guidelines for hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.



  • High school diploma with 1-3 years production maintenance experience.
  • Associates degree in Mechanical, Automated Systems, Industrial Maintenance or similar.


Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Will be working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Temperatures in the plant can vary in winter and summer months.
  • Be able to be able to get into many awkward positions, bending, kneeling and crouching down.
  • Be able to spend at least ten hours a day on your feet.
  • Be able to do repetitive lifting of light weights from ground level to overhead.





Additional Requirements of Maintenance Mechanic:

  • Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment lift evaluation (up to 80 lbs.)
  • Must be able to pass a 90 day head hair drug test today.
