AGMA is now collecting data for the 2010 Wage & Fringe Benefit Survey for factory employees. Only companies that participate in the survey will receive the comprehensive report.
The AGMA Wage & Fringe Benefit Survey contains the benchmarking data that you need to determine if the wages and benefits you offer are competitive and cost effective.
New for 2010, AGMA is adding data on pay for operators of manufacturing cells. This will be a good way for you to benchmark your wage and benefit practices following the recession.
AGMA’s statistician, the Mackay Research Group, will treat your data confidentially. The survey responses are aggregated and reported in a manner that prevents identification of any individual company.
More than 30 companies are already participating in 2011.
The initial survey was mailed in December and, because of end-of-year reporting, we have extended the data submission deadline to January 31st. You can download the Excel version of the survey here. Questions? Contact Joe Franklin, Jr., 703.838.0050.
