May 2, 2018, Alexandria, VA—The American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) announced the election of four new board members during the AGMA/ABMA Annual Meeting in Naples, Florida last week. Additionally, four current board members stepped down after finishing their three-year term volunteering on the AGMA Board of Directors.
The outgoing Board Members include:
Dave Long, Manager of the Gear Division at Chalmers & Kubeck
Andrea Scanavini, CEO of Somaschini North America
Brian Schultz, President of Great Lakes Industry, Inc. , and
George Thomas, Executive VP of Bison Gear & Engineering Corp.
The newly elected Board Members are:
Scott Miller, Gear Engineering Manager, Caterpillar, Inc.
Shawn O’Brien, VP of Sales & Marketing, McInnes Rolled Rings
Gary Neidig, President, ITAMCO
Bent Hervard, President, CFT
Additional changes to the board include a new Business Management Executive Committee (BMEC) Chairman, Greg Schulte, President of Bonfiglioli, who is replacing John Grazia, President of GearTec.
