There are minimum and maximum dues caps:
Minimum dues: $3,145 plus $471/$1,000,000 of volume in excess of $1 million
Maximum dues: $11,127

World-wide gear income: $15M
- $15M – $1M = $14M
- $14M/$1M = 14
- 14 x 471 = $6,954
- $6,954 + $3,145 = $10,099
