Avers Machine & Gear has acquired Fox Tool & Manufacturing located in Woodstock, Illinois. Fox Tool & Manufacturing is an Aerospace Machine shop that is AS9100D Certified, ISO 9001/2015 Certified, and ITAR Registered and has been operating for close to 40 years.
The acquisition is going to strengthen our capabilities and will help broaden our customer base, while also helping Avers diversify the industries we serve. We are excited to keep growing our capabilities and are thrilled to be adding additional experience and machining knowledge under our umbrella. With the addition of Innovative Rack & Gear in 2020 and with the addition of Fox Tool & Manufacturing, we now have over 100 years of combined industry presence to offer to our customers.
