Forest City Gear, an industry-leading manufacturer of fine and medium pitch custom gears, is proud to recognize Carl Wedig on his 10th anniversary and thank him for his long-term dedication to the company.
Wedig is an Estimating Engineer at Forest City Gear, and previously held the roles of Process Engineer and Hobbing Supervisor. He is also currently training for tooling design applications, which are heavily relied upon when receiving new projects.
“Carl is a great guy to work with and his expertise in the field is well respected. He often assists our customers on gear related questions and assists them with design for manufacturing to help reduce costs and potential complications,” says Jeff Mains, Forest City Gear Director of Technical Operations. “The only bad thing I can think about him is he is an avid Packers fan! We have fun razing each other during the football season.”
