Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5โ€“10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a power or gear transmission products.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Safety-focused mindset with a proactive approach to risk management.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of machining operations within the gearing and power transmission products.
  • Ability to coach and lead diverse technical teams toward operational excellence.
